Volley Ball

All you need is a chair for each player and a balloon.

The two competing teams sit in chairs in lines, facing each other.  The aim of the game is to hit the balloon over the heads of the opposing team.  Heads, hands and other body parts can be used to hit the balloon but no one's bottom must leave the chair.

Flap It

All you need is a newspaper and balloon for each patrol.

Players line up in their Patrols at the end of the room.  The person at the start of each line must get her balloon to the end of the room and back using only the newspaper to flap it.

Balloon Shot Put

Each player takes it in turns to throw, punch, tap or otherwise propel her balloon as far as she can in front of her.  She has three attempts to get the balloon as far as possible.
