Materials: Balloons

The girls get into pairs and fill a balloon with water until it is tight. All the pairs line up facing each other, standing about 3 feet apart.  They then throw the balloon back and forth. Each time they do this, they each take a step backwards after each throw.

A variation on this is to have a rope suspended between two poles.  The rope is made higher every so often so that the girls have to throw the balloon that little bit higher and over the rope.

The winners are those who's balloon stays intact the longest.
