Banana Crunch

Ingredients: 15 digestive biscuits, crushed; 4tbsp jam; packet lemon jelly; 1tbsp honey; 2 bananas; 5oz natural yoghurt; 1 chocolate flake; 7-8 inch dish

1.    Mix the biscuits with the jam.  Press the mixture around the sides and base of the dish.

2.    Dissolve the jelly in 1/4 pint hot water.

3.    Slice the bananas and scatter them on the biscuit base

4.    Mix the honey and yoghurt.  Whisk in the jelly.

5.    Pour the mixture over the sliced bananas and chill for a few hours.

6.    Decorate with the crushed flake.
