Brazil Nut Fudge

Ingredients: 2lb sugar; 8oz plain chocolate; 410g can evaporated milk; 4oz chopped brazil nuts

1.    Dissolve the sugar in 1/4 pint of water.

2.    Melt the chocolate in the evaporated milk.

3.    Combine the two mixtures, bringing them to the boil.

4.    Boil until the mixture starts to come away from the sides of the pan and form a small ball.

5.    Remove from the heat and stir in the nuts.

6.    Beat until thickened.

7.    Pour into a shallow tin lined with greaseproof paper and leave to set.
