You will need 25g chocolate; 25g butter; 75g icing sugar

1.    Melt the chocolate

2.    Squash the butter into the icing sugar until it looks like breadcrumbs.

3.    Add the melted chocolate and mix well.

4.    Work into a stiff dough, adding more icing sugar if needed.

5.    Shape into small balls and roll them in cocoa powder/icing sugar or dip in chocolate and decorate.
