Harold J. Gilbert Services Today

  Funeral services for Harold James Gilbert, 57, West Plains, were held today at 3:30 p.m. in the Rose Chapel, Robertson-Drago Funeral Home, West Plains, with Evangelist Laverne Stewart officiating.
  Mr. Gilbert died Sunday.  He was born April 16, 1920 in Howell County, Mo., the son of Iva Collins Gilbert and the late Willis Gilbert.
  He was a veteran of World War II, having served with the U.S. Army in Germany.  He was a member of the Moose Club of West Plains and was of the protestant faith.
  Survivors include his mother, Mrs. Iva Collins Gilbert, West Plains; five brother and sisters, lois Wood, West Plains; Lillian Roberts, Nyssa, Ore,; Edmond Gilbert, West Plains; Dale Gilbert, Kansas City, Mo.; Marilyn Thornton, Raytown, Mo.; and several nieces and nephews.  He is preceded in death by his father who died July 17, 1977, two sisters and two brothers.
  Interment was in Oak Grove Cemetery under the direction of Robertson-Drago Funeral Home, West Plains.

Harold J. Gibert Services Held

  Funeral services for Harold James Gilbert, West Plains, were held Tuesday at 3:30 p.m. in the Rose Chapel, Robertson-Drago Funeral Home, West Plains, with Evangelist Laverne Stewart officiating.
  Mr. Gilbert died Sunday.
  Pallbearers were: Dick Mahoney, Raymond Johnson, Eldon Collins, Raymond Gilbert, Clifford Collins and Loyd Cunningham.
  Persons attending from out of the area include Dale Gilbert, N. Kansas City, Mo.; Mr. and Mrs. Neal Thornton and family, Raytown, Mo.; David Collins, St. Louis; Celia Whelihan, Shawnee Mission, Kan.; Mr. and Mrs. Clifford Harris, Mission, Kan.; Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Gilbert and daughter, Loyd Cunningham, Mr. and Mrs. Bill Collins, and Mr and Mrs. Clifford Collins, all of Willow Springs.
Burial was in Oak Grover Cemtery at Pomona.
