Dora Man Dies at Daughter's Home Here

   William Wesley Gunter, 65, longtime resident of Dora, Mo., died Saturday afternoon at 4 o'clock at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Clara Russell, in the south suburbs here.  He had been suffering from arthritis, with complications, the last year.
   Besides his widow, Mrs. Nancy Minerva Collins Gunter, to whom he was married in Ozark county 46 years ago, he is survived by seven sons and daughters, Mrs. Russell and Fred Gunter of West Plains, Holly and Noah Gunter of Dora; B. Gunter of St. Joseph, Mo.; Mrs. Laura Armstrong of Cabool; Mrs. Lola Daugherty of Bucyrus, Mo.  Seven sisters and brothers surviving are Mrs. Lucinda Croney of Dora; Mrs. Celia Trail of Welika, Okla.; Mrs. Birdie Collins of Doniphan; Mrs. Cora Walker of Crider, Mo.; Mrs. Elsie Wade and John Gunter of Cureall, Mo.; Orval Gunter of Pottersville.  He has two brothers--in-law here.  They are Sherman and Charley Collins.
   Mr. Gunter, who was born in Ozark county, had lived there all his life.  He was a member of the Free Pentecostal church.
   Funeral services were 1 o'clock in the Robertson funeral home on West Mains street, with the Rev. Bud Montgomery in charge.  A second service also was held at Dora, and burial was in Parsons cemetery, 4 miles west of Dora.
