Name: Goku

Goku is the most powerful character on the Dragonball series. He is good-natured, honest,
and has a good heart. Goku is strongest of the Saiyajin, excluding his son Gohan and Brolli
the legendary Super Saiyajin. Son Goku is the first to surpass all Super Saiyajin levels. He is
determined to protect the Earth as well as the universe from the forces of all evil.
Name: Gohan
Race: Human/Saiyan
Abilities: Fly, Kamehameha, Masenko, Oozaru, Renzoku Energy Dan, Zanzoken
Gohan is the son of Goku and Chi-Chi. He is very similar to his father and strong as all true
Saiyans should be. He is the first to change into Super Saiyan 2 and was first trained by
Piccolo. The training from Piccolo resulted in revealing Gohans true Saiyan powers.

Race: Namekian
Abilities: Fly, Chonoryoku, Energy Dan, Eye Lazers, Kakusanyudokodan, Kyodaika,
Makankosappo, Regeneration, Renzoku Energy Dan, Merging, Shogekiha, Tsuihidan,
Zanzoken
Piccolo is the second strongest being on the planet Earth. Piccolo was Goku's enemy, but
later was forced to fight together against Radditz which resulted in Piccolo joining Goku in
the fight of evil. He was the one who trained Gohan to fight and reveal his hidden powers.
Name: Krillin
Race: Human
Abilities: Fly, Double Tsuihikidan, Fusenko, Fusion, Kakusandan, Kamehameha, Destructo
Disk, Shishin No Ken, Solar Flare, Zanzoken
Krillin is Gos best friend. They been friends since they trained together with Master Roshi.
Krillin is the strongest Earthling to live on Earth and battles enemies that he comes across.
When things get tough, he tries the be humorous to cheer everyone ku'up.
Name: Yamcha
Race: Human
Abilities: Fly, Kamehameha, Rogafufuken, Sokidan
Yamcha is one of the few human fighters in DragonBall Z. He is usually accompanied by a
little, flying cat named Puar and is a longtime friend and ally of Goku. Bulma has a big
crust on him and wants to marry him, but Bulma's dream of marrying him was shattered
when Yamcha was killed by one of the Saibamen that Vegeta and Nappa created. But later
the DragonBall Z crew was sent off to the planet Namek to gather dragonballs so that they
can wish all the people killed by Vegeta and Nappa. When they did, they finally wished
everyone back including Yamcha and Bulma once again fell in love, but later on in the
dragonball series, Bulma thinks that Yamcha is too much of a flirt and can't be loyal to her.
Although he is not cheating on her, he gets caught by her in awkward situations so they
break up. She then falls in love with Vegeta seeing how he is lonely. Vegeta is at first
reluctant but eventually does become a family man and good hearted.
Name: Tien
Race: Human (Eternal Child)
Abilities: Fly, Dodonpa, Kamehameha, Kiai, Kikoho, Mafuba, Shiyoken, Solar Flare,
Zanzoken
Tien has three eyes as you can see from the picture, but only two of them work, I don't
know what the third one is for. Tien was originally trained as an assassin under one of
Master Roshi's rivals. But after a while, he realized that he did not want to be an assassin and
join the Z fighters along with his best friend, Chaiotzu.
Name: Chiaotzu
Race: Unknown
Abilities: Fly, Chonoryoku, Dodonpa
Not much information about this little white guy except that he's Tien's best friend and
they usually fight together in battles. One of the battles they fought together was when
Chiaotzu and Tien fought against the saiyans named Vegeta and Nappa. Chiaotzu threw
himself on Nappa's back and self-destruct hoping to kill Nappa in the process, but it didn't
work and he killed himself. Later he was wished back by the dragonballs.
Name: Yajirobe
Race: Human
Abilities: Cuts things with his sword, Eats
Yajirobe is a good guy who eats a lot of food. He doesn't fight as much as others, in fact, he
doesn't really fight at all. But when others really need him, he comes through and forces
himself to save them.
Name: Vegeta
Race: Saiyan
Abilities: Big Bang Attack, Fly, Fusion, Planet Buster, Destructo Disk, Oozaru, Zanzoken
Vegeta is a ruthless and deceiving saiyan. He is the prince of the planet Vegeta and was
taken away from his kingdom by Frieza when he was young. It was Frieza that taught him
how to be bad and turn to the side of evil. Vegeta was first introduced after Goku and
Piccolo killed Raditz. He was accompanied by his companion Nappa who was also a saiyan.
They came to Earth hoping to find the dragonballs so that they can wish for immortality.
But when they came, the Z fighters were ready for battle and fought until Vegeta left.
Vegeta later went to Namek hoping to find other dragonballs, but also knew that Frieza
was there too. Vegita then join the Krillin and Gohan along with Goku to fight Frieza and
save the universe. Vegeta later join the Z team, but still ruthless.
Name: Trunks
Race: Human/Saiyan
Abilities: Fly, Burning Attack, Finish Buster, Fusion, Kamehameha, Masenko, Renzoku
Energy Dan, Zanzoken
Trunks is the son of Vegeta and Bulma, which is very odd since they have nothing at all in
common. He first appeared when he went back in time to warn Goku and the Z Fighters
about the Androids. When he went back in time, he met Frieza, which was in the process
of destroying the Earth, but Trunks turned into a Super Saiyan and kill Frieza and King
Cold (Frieza's father) without effort. This amazed the Z Fighters while they watched, but
they never knew his name or who he was because it might prevent Bulma and Vegeta from
having Trunks. He talked to Goku about the Androids and gave him a medicine that will
help him cure the heart disease that he is going to get. More about him can be read in the
Sagas.
Name: Dende
Race: Namekian
Abilities: Fly, Heal
Dende is from planet Namek. Gohan and Krillin first met him while they were looking for
the dragonballs on Namek. Dende has a large part in the Dragonball series and possesses
healing power that were used during the fight of Frieza. He later replaces Kami as the
guardian of the dragonballs on Earth.
Name: Nail
Race: Namekian
Abilities: Basically the same as Piccolo
Nail is from the planet Namek and the is guardian of the Namek's eldest namek named
Guru. He was later forced to fuse with piccolo after Frieza weaken him in a battle. Both
Piccolo and nail fought against Frieza with increadible power.
Name: Bulma
Race: Human
Bulma is a mechanical genius and can fix just about everything. She has been in the
DragonBall series since the beginning and has helped Goku as well as everyone else in the
journey to find the dragonballs and save the universe from the forces of evil. Bulma's
attraction to good-looking guys and her attitude towards things that doesn't go her way
make her one of the most annoying character in the series, but that's one of the things
that makes the cartoon so popular. Even though Bulma gets in the way sometimes, she
does manage to help the Z fighters prevent total destruction to the universe from the bad
guys.
Name: Master Roshi
Race: Human
Master Roshi is very important to the Dragonaball series becuase he was the one that taught
Goku and Krillin how to fight. He seems old and bald, but he is a truly a strong warrior.
Master Roshi leaves in a house known as Kame's House on a little island that serves as a
meeting place for the fighters.
Name: Chi-Chi
Race: Human
Chi-Chi is the wife of Goku and the mother of Gohan. She forces Gohan to keep his mind
on studying instead of fighting. Chi-Chi doesn't look like she can beat up anyone, but
once she gets ticked off, she is considered one of the most powerful woman on Earth.
Name: Ox-King
Race: Human
Ox-King is the father of Chi-Chi and is one of Master Roshi's best students. He is very
powerful, but he played a bigger role in the Dragon Ball series.
Name: Kami
Race: Namekian
Kami is from the planet Namek who came to Earth and split into two entities. One good as
in Kami, and one bad as in Piccolo. Since they were split, Kami and Piccolo are in some way
connected to each other, so if one dies, the other does too. And if Kami dies, the dragon
balls on Earth disappears because he was the one that created them. Kami lives on a floating
tower high above the Earth and lives with Mr. Popo who helps him at certain times. They
both watch over the Earth.
Name: Mr. Popo
Race: ?????
Mr. Popo is sort of like a servant to all the Guardians that will live on the floating tower.
He has been there longer than Kami has and served many Guardians on Earth.
Name: Oolong
Race: Pig
Oolong is a talking pig that joined to team back in the DragonBall series. He has an ability
to change shape, but only for a short amount of time. He played a much bigger part in
DragonBall.
Name: Puar
Race: Kangaroorat
Puar is the companion to Yamcha and was introduced in DragonBall series along with
Yamcha. He went to the same school as Oolong and also have the ability to change shapes,
just for a longer period of time.
Name: Dr. Brief
Race: Human
Dr. Brief is the dad of Bulma. He is also the president of Capsule Corp, which makes small
capsules that can turn into large and useful objects. This explains where Bulma get her
technical genius.
Name: Korin
Race: Cat
Korin is a wise martial arts master that lives on a floating tower similar to the Kami's
lookout. He grows magic Senzu beans that help the Z fighter heal every part of thier body
once they are hurt.
Name: Baba
Race: Human
Baba is the sister to Master Roshi, and acts like a fortune teller. She carries around a magic
crystal ball that can tell the present or the future which help the team somtimes.
Name: Guru
Race: Namekian
Guru is considered to be the eldest of all the Nameks, which make him father to all the
Nameks. He created the dragon balls on the planet which played a large role when Krillin
and Gohan came to find the balls to wish thier friends back. Guru was very weak from the
strat and later died after the Z team beat Frieza on planet Namek.
