The day draws near...the life inside,
I look at you all full of pride;
To see you smile I must admit,
I'll never leave , I'll never quit.
Your body changes, it's easy to see,
I tell you sweetie, you're still beautiful to me,
You laugh and cry, you feel much pain,
I'm by your side, through sun and rain.
Day by day, the baby grows...
Your tummy bulges, it really shows;
Time goes by and soon you will deliver,
I'm so happy, in anticipation... I shiver.
Together we'll nurture our child forever;
We thank the LORD... our Father above!

Never was it known this early to me,
That life is coming inside of me;
Excitement suddnely ruled over me,
Asthe truth I see in front of me.
Holding the test with my shaking hands,
Positive and negative appeared hand in hand;
An angel came inside me sooner than I plan,
whose presence with love I fully understand.
Love is the reason that I conceive you,
Ready or not I will keep you;
I thank GOD the most for you,
Because the best gift I have is YOU.
You bring joy in my life little one,
You erase my doubts one by one;
My fears for darknes is gone,
Since you brighten my life... my precious one!
