Providing another example of an ex-advertising scheme vehicle repainted into the JMT Express colours in the mid-1990s, J 42298 had previously carried a Keep Jersey Clean campaign which was mainly white. It had no large JMT Express graphics on the sides at the time it was captured on camera in 1997, although the smaller one at the front was in situ. Numerically the last Ford to enter service in Jersey, by the time 43 and the rest of the batch were acquired in 1986, they were among the last Ford PSV chassis to be constructed. It is loading for route 9 to Greve de Lecq, while similar but earlier number 26 is resting alongside.
