This page allows you to select which virtual directory to place a new
calculator file into.
A virtual directory provides a way of categorizing your HP calculator
files. This page will only appear if virtual directories already exist.
The current virtual directory is selected by default.
This page's main purpose is to allow you to select which virtual
directory to place the current file in, but it also allows you to create
new virtual directories, rename existing virtual directories and delete
empty virtual directories.
The purpose of the buttons is explained here:
New... button
This button creates a new virtual directory within the currently
selected virtual directory. A window will pop-up asking for the name for
the new directory.
Rename... button
This button renames the currently selected virtual directory. A window
will pop-up asking for the new name.
Delete... button
This button deletes the currently selected virtual directory, but only
if the directory is empty.
Notes
You cannot rename or delete the Root Directory
You cannot delete a directory that contains
calculator files. Use another tool such as the ADK to remove the entries
first.
Once you have highlighted the directory in which to place the file,
click Next to proceed to the Edit Title page.
