Christology
Chalcedonian/Non-Chalcedonian Agreement

My christology or "doctrine of Christ" is definitely orthodox Chalcedonian, neither "Nestorian" nor "Monophysite." I affirm with the Council of Chalcedon that Y'shua Ha Mashiach is one Person who is both Jah and Man, and that his divine and human natures coexist without separation (achoristos), without division (adiairetos), without change or mutation (atreptos), and without confusion, commingling, or admixture (asyngchytos).

The Assyrian Church of the East and the Oriental Orthodox Churches are non-Chalcedonian, and have been accused (historically) of being "Nestorian" and "Monophysite" respectively. The Coptic Orthodox and Ethiopian Orthodox Churches are among the "Oriental Orthodox."

On the basis of common christological declarations, however, I do not believe that the non-Chalcedonian churches are truly heretical.

The following links reflect at least the beginnings of christological agreements between Chalcedonian Christians and Oriental Orthodox non-Chalcedonian Christians.
