diverse: Never was found a single record with his name, which was colected from the oral tradition. The only person with the surname "Electo de Souza", that was found in the North of Minas region, particularly in the Prince Town [Vila do Príncipe], MG, Brazil, was the Priest Venâncio Electo de Souza, dead in the Prince Town [Vila do Príncipe], MG, Brazil, on 21st/Feb/1821, and buried in the Chapel of the Third Order of Our Lady of the Mount Carmel [Capela da Ordem 3ª de N. Sra. do Monte do Carmo]. The only impossibility that Venâncio to being the true ascendent would be the birth date of the son Jeronymo, that is said to be the year of 1828, but that may be wrong, because of the great difference, of 18 years, to that of the brother Remígio, which would be 1810. It would be more reasonabel if the brothers Remígio and Jeronymo were born in more close dates and not with a so big difference, making us suppose an error of estimation. So, we may not discard the possibility that the name "Manuel Electo de Souza" may come into being only a fiction.

residence: He resided in the [North of Minas?], Brazil.

children: (2 ou +): Captain (NG) Remígio Electo de Souza, and Liutenant (NG) Jeronymo Electo de Souza.
