DE FILME E VÍDEO INDEPENDENTES REGULAMENTO Art. 1. O Mercado Internacional de
Filme e Vídeo Independentes será realizado em Salvador, Bahia, Brasil
no âmbito da XXX JORNADA INTERNACIONAL DE CINEMA DA BAHIA, de 11 a
18 de Setembro de 2003, com o objetivo de criar um espaço alternativo
para a comercialização e distribuição internacional das produções
experimentais e independentes de cinema e vídeo. |
FILM Y VIDEO INDEPENDIENTES REGLAMENTO Art. 1. El Mercado Internacional de Film y
Video Independientes será realizado en Salvador, en el ámbito
de la XXX JORNADA INTERNACIONAL DE CINEMA DA BAHIA, del 11 al 18 de
Septiembre de 2003, con el objetivo de crear un espacio alternativo
para la comercialización y distribución internacional
de las producciones experimentales e independientes en cine y video.
Art. 2. Podrán participar del MERCADO películas o videos en VHS, sistema NTSC con una duración máxima de 56 (cincuenta y seis) minutos. Art. 3. Para participar del MERCADO, los interesados deberán
enviar hasta el 15 de Julio de 2003, el boletín
de inscripción completo, acompañado de la copia
VHS/NTSC y de cheque nominal en nombre
de Fundação ADM, en el valor de US$50,00 (cincuenta
dólares), o 50,00€ (cincuenta euros) o R$ 200,00 (doscientos
reales). Art. 4. Los gastos de envio correrán por cuenta del participante. Las inscripciones deberán llegar a la siguiente dirección: XXX JORNADA INTERNACIONAL
DE CINEMA Art. 6. Las producciones inscriptas después del
plazo límite, estarán sujetas a horario libre en la
programación y no constarán del Catálogo. Art. 7. El material promocional enviado por el participante, como scripts, fotos y/o otros, serán ampliamente divulgados por la coordinación del MERCADO. Art. 8. La Dirección de la Jornada ofrece alojamiento durante el período del Festival, para un representante de empresa que comercialice o distribuya producciones independientes de películas y videos. Art. 9. Las copias VHS enviadas para el MERCADO no serán devolvidas y quedarán en el acervo de la Jornada. Art. 10. La inscripción en el MERCADO implica la
aceptación de este Reglamento y sus artículos. |
REGULATION Art. 1. The International Market for Independent
Film and Video will take place in Salvador, Bahia, Brasil, during
the XXX JORNADA INTERNACIONAL DE CINEMA DA BAHIA, from September
11th to 18th, 2003. The objective of the Market is to create an
alternative space for commercialization and international distribution
of experimental and independent film and video productions.
Art. 2. Only films and videos converted to VHS, NTSC system and with maximum of 56 (fifty-six) minutes running time, can participate in the MARKET. Art. 3. Until July 15th, 2003 the applicants interested in taking part in the MARKET should send the entry form together with VHS/NTSC film copy and copy of deposit vaucher of US$ 50,00 (fifty US dollars), or 50,00€ (fifty Euros), or R$ 200,00 (two hundred reais) written in favour of Fundacao ADM. Art. 3.1. Inscription fee gives the right to send 03 (three) works, with total maximum length of 56 (fifty-six) minutes. Art. 4. Applications received till deadline will have the right to a public exhibition in one of the Jornada projection rooms and will have their technical data and commercial address printed in Official Jornada Catalogue and Official Jornada Home Page. Art. 6. Applications received after deadline will be subjected to free space in the MARKET program and will not have their entry in the Catalogue. Art. 6.1. Participants may have extra exhibitions of their works if previously agreed with the MARKET coordinators. Art. 7. Any advertising material sent by participants will be widely promoted by the MARKET organizers. Art. 8. The Organizing Committee of the Jornada offers accommodation free of charge during the days of the festival to one representative of any trading film company that commercializes and distributes independent film and video productions. Art. 9. After the festival, VHS copies will remain in the archives of the Jornada. Art. 10. Application for the MARKET implies acceptance of present regulation and all its clauses. |
