Amelia E. Davis

This is a picture of Amelia E. Davis, second wife of Herbert A. Caswell.

She was born in 1876, and was married  on December 25, 1899.

Herbert and Amelia had a daughter Florence and son Archie.  

Grandmother Hathaway

This picture is only identified as"Grandmother Hathaway" and she is said to be a full-blooded Native American.   We know of no Hathaways in our Caswell family, however it's possible that "Grandmother Hathaway might be Amelia's mother or grandmother.
