Otis Caswell married Barbara Reynolds (b. abt. 1830) 30 June 1847, Killingly, Windham, Connecticut.

They had at least one daughter, Isabella F. Caswell, born Middleboro, MA, 14 Feb 1851.

Isabella married her uncle Lambert's wife's (Emily) brother, George Erastus Braley (born Lincoln, RI, 20 Sept 1847).

Isabella and George married in Seekonk, MA 31 Mar 1867.

Lucinda Caswell married James W. Smith
