B fleet championship � best 50% of all series races with two or more b fleet boats. Only races with novices/less experience sailors sailing head to head counted. The fleet will supply Trophy(s) for the B fleet championship. |

Handicap championship � The number of races counted will be based on the number of races at least one B fleet member sails. Will use the current C fleet handicap system. The intent of the system is to level racing based on a performance average. We will develop correction factors based on time; race finishes and overall seasons finish. As the season progresses the placement will change due to the addition of more finish data into the handicap system. At least one B fleet boat must be sailing in the race in order for it to count toward this championship. The fleet will supply Trophy(s) for the Handicap championship. |

Regatta series - This is scored using the ILYA 1000 pt system. Shawnee and Lotawana regattas score place points plus 15% . All JSC events (B. Kuse Portsmouth HC, Two of a Kind & TRANSJAC) score only the standard ILYA points. The fleet will supply Trophy(s) for the regatta series. Remember the scoring is set to encourage members to attend regattas since they count more in points. |
