Picturing the day I'll hold u tight,
Holding you close to feel your beating heart,
Finally together after all these years apart.
Kissing and hugging and holding each other close,
You're my only love, the one who matters most,
Looking into your dark beautiful eyes,
While I hold in my arms under the starry skies.
Then I fall asleep and begin to dream of you,
Walking along the beach like couples do,
Lying on the sand watching the sun go down,
To be finally alone with you with no one around.
It seems so perfect, it seems so right,
But it's only in my dreams that i get to hold you tight,
If only you felt the love for me that i feel for you,
I could let go of these dreams......,
but untill then i guess they'll have to do.
