Strange Yellow Vehicle seen in September 2015 travelling near 7/11 Convenience Store (scale matches reality observed):
Description:
A few days ago when I was walking up to my local 7/11 store late one evening I witnessed something unusual. It was quiet outside on the nearby roads yet a figure dressed in black and motorcycle helmet with a dark visor was taking a shortcut across the driveway on an unusual vehicle. It looked like some kind of yellow coloured moped yet seemed pretty different from a moped design. It had four large very flat profile black wheels without hubcaps and a rounded yellow body without any discernable features or controls. It made a low humming sound so I would rule out a petrol engine. The driver vehicle was moving at the time at a speed equivalent to a fast walking pace and was soon gone from the area.
