Crispy Herb Baked Chicken The

from a Hungry Jack recipe by SharonMello on the IBS
message boards. Ingredients: 2. Spray a cookie sheet or 9x13-inch pan with non-stick cooking spray. 3. In medium bowl, combine potato flakes, Parmesan cheese, parsley flakes and garlic powder; mix well. 4. Spray chicken with non-stick cooking spray; roll in potato flake mixture to coat. 5. Place in cookie sheet or pan. 6. Bake for 45 to 60 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender and juices run clear. |
