Honey Banana Whole Wheat Bread (Bread Machine)
(Makes one 1 1/2 lb loaf)

If you can handle some whole wheat, this is a great way to get your insoluble fiber.
You can't really taste the banana, but it makes fantastic turkey sandwiches and PBJs!

Ingredients:
1/2 cup warm water
1 Tablespoon canola oil
3 Tablespoons honey
1/4 cup Egg Beaters
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup whole-wheat flour
1 1/4 cups bread flour
1 small banana, sliced
1 1/2 teaspoons poppy seeds
1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast

1.  Add all ingredients to bread pan in order given, or as directed by your bread machine.  
2.  This can be made using the basic or whole wheat cycles. I prefer the lightest crust setting.

This recipe came with my Breadman bread machine.
