Sesame Parmesan Monkey Bread
(Makes 1 loaf)

This is easy and looks so attractive!

Ingredients:
1/4 cup parmesan soy cheese
3 Tablespoons sesame seeds
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 (25 ounce) package frozen white bread roll dough, unthawed (make sure they're dairy-free)
3 Tablespoons dairy-free margarine, melted

1. Spray a 12-cup size Bundt pan well with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Mix together soy cheese, seeds, and basil and sprinkle just 1/3 of the mixture into your pan.
3. Place half of the frozen rolls into the pan, drizzle with half of the melted margarine, then sprinkle half of the remaining soy cheese mixture over them.
4. Top with the rest of the frozen rolls, margarine, and soy cheese mixture.
5. Spray a piece of plastic wrap lightly with nonstick spray (or use a damp, clean towel) and cover pan.
6. Let rise in a warm place for 2 hours or until doubled in bulk (Mine took more like 3 1/2 hours, so allow plenty of time!).
7. Remove plastic wrap and bake in a preheated 350 F oven for 20 minutes.
8. Tent with foil to prevent excess browning and bake another 10 minutes.
9. Loosen bread from sides of pan using a knife an invert onto serving plate while still warm.
10. Pluck off individual pieces to eat.

These are only the recipes I've tried and enjoyed, but there are plenty more that look fantastic on the IBS recipe index!
