Personality: Most consider Raijin to be the least capable of the three members of the Disciplinary Committee. Most of his actions and just about anything he says tend to evoke retaliation from his partner, Fujin. Like her, Raijin is extremely loyal to Seifer Almasy and is most likely in the company of both of them.
