Unless you're a hard core Gordon Liu fan, stay away from Breakout from Oppression. You can tell this is a low budget, very poorly done film after the first 5 minutes of watching it. Although the cover boasts that it is a lost classic found, I couldn't find anything classic about it. The movie isn't total crap, but it's damn close. One good thing you think would come out of this dvd was the fact that it came with another movie called Drunken Master Killer. Nope, that movie is worse than this one.

A young man (Gordon Liu) enters a town only to find two woman raped and killed. He investigates and finds the three suspect working in a local factory.

The young man joins a local group of thugs and locates what he thinks might be the killers. But one of his fellow gang members are out to kill the young man and make sure he doesn't get the favor of their master. The master orders the young man to kill some of the workers who just happen to be the killers he was looking for. While he was trying to kill them, he was interrupted and the killers got away. To make things short, he kills the bad guys and everything turns out fine in the end. Yawn!
