The story is about two young orphans who were both taught martial
arts by Shaolin monks. The boy who lived with the monks was taught
the art of the Buddhist palm, and the other was taught the Buddhist
fist.
Years later one of the two brothers worked at a barber shop, but
after a fight and the shop are destroyed, he is fired. He decided to
return home, only to find his father has been missing for 2 months.
While looking for his father he runs into his monk friend from his
childhood, but he too has not heard from his father. He agrees to
visit the Shaolin temple, but decides to leave in order to find his
father. But during the night a masked bandit attacks him. The
bandit is able to escape. The masked man has a partner that seems to
be a masked monk. The masked monk is being blackmailed by the other
masked man. The monk was set up by the man for rape and murder so he
must do everything he says or he will be exposed.
The masked bandit doesn't like the fact that the young man is snooping
around and sends numerous killers after him. But he learns from a
friend of his fathers that there are thieves trying to steal
religious artifacts like the jade Buddha at the Shaolin temple. He also
finds out that the man behind it all has one big foot and one little
foot.
His father's friend ends up getting killed by the man with the little
and big foot but not before he tells the young man his killers
identity. The young man finally finds his father but he is badly
injured and crippled. His father informs him that the monk was the
one that attacked and crippled him. But soon after the man with the
little and big foot shows up and reveals his identity and that he was
the master mind behind it all. After an intense fight the young man
kills him and seeks out his old master. But when he finds him, he
learns that his childhood friend was really the one involved in his
fathers disappearance.
The young man is able to set up his friend and has him reveal that he
is in fact the one who crippled his father. The young man tries to get
his old friend to change his ways, but he refuses. They battle and
it's evident that the monk is stronger than the young man. But he
throws the fight and ends up dying.
