A very wacky slapstick type of comedy from Jackie Chan. Apparently,
the character Chan plays is a popular comic character in China. The
movie is full of comedy often getting much to goofy at times, but
hilarious at certain parts. Like the Street Fighter scene when Chan
turns into E. Honda and Chun Li after he is thrown into an arcade
machine. And to be honest the last fight is one of the best I've
seen, and funniest. If you're not into over-the-top comedy you won't be
interested in this movie. If your into that kind of thing, or if your
a Jackie Chan fan you'll love City Hunter.

Chan plays Ryu Saeba aka "The City Hunter", Asia's greatest private
detective.
He is hired to find someone's missing daughter named Shisuko. He finds
her but she gets away. His partner Kaori is sick of his womanizing
and decides to go on a cruise.
Ryu follows her and it turns out that Shisuko is also in the boat. Ryu
thinks he'll be able to wrap up the cause until a group of terrorist
arrive on the cruise ship. It's up to Ryu to save the day and of
course he does, and gets the girl.
