This has to be one of the most entertaining martial art films to hit
the scene since Jackie Chan's Drunken Master 2. The comedy is off the
wall and the CGI effects make your jaw drop. I have to admit that with
some Chinese and Japanese movies, the humor can confuse some, basicly
because it makes no sence when translated to english. That is mostly due
to our different cultures. Some things they find funny have no humor
to us at all, and vise versa. This film manages to keep the humor at
a level that we can relate to, like refrences to Bruce Lee for example.
The movie definity has a fast pace telling the story of a misfit group of
Shaolin masters that have lost their kung fu skills. But when they are
asked by their brother to play soccer in order to teach kung fu,
they are forced to realize their full potential, which leads to some
soccer moves mixed with the Shaolin art of fighting that
are nothing less than breathtaking. Needless to say, they end up
pulling off some unbelievable stunts, like a flaming wolf soccerball
kick.
Shaolin Soccer has something to offer a wide variety of fans with it's
wacky comedy and off the wall action. If your a Jackie Chan fan, you
will definity enjoy this movie.

here's a hilarious martial arts comedy about a team of misfits who

of a soccer coach! Together they assemble a squad of Sing's former
Shaolin brothers inspired by the big-money prize in a national soccer

skills, it seems an unbeatable combination...until they must face
