I just noticed now that Bolt's fro gets all spiky in the second frame. Might i also add that Bolt is hard to draw in a way, because he really has no form, just a star with hair. Also, as far as starfish go, bolt is rather anatomically incorrect, with his hair and actual face (an actual starfish would be a lot easier to draw, but it couldn't convey any emotion).
