What better way to kick of 2006 than with a really fancy UZC? A funny UZC? Don't hold your breath. Additionally, it's also the 400th comic in the regular series.

It's been a long time, and I never thought I'd make it this far. Even then I never thought I'd make it further. "Give it up, 400's more than enough", someone kept telling me. It was enough to make me yell at him "shut up, Kyatt!" The comic's future has been hanging in the balance for a while, unbeknownst to most people. The viewership is hardly as plentiful as a year or two ago, and new ideas are few and far between.

I'm not saying that this is the last UZC. I don't want to declare the UZC officially over, discontinued, whatever. If I were to quit, it would be a while ago, when I was on top. But it's still fun to update every once in a while and I think I'm really perfecting my craft; recent strips have looked downright excellent, if I should say so myself. I really have no idea where I'm going with this, but I figured #400 was really a crossroads in the UZC, not to mention it's a whole new year, and people should know these things. What else do I have in store for 2006? Like I'm going to tell you now...

Comics rise into popularity, they fall into obscurity, but I believe Minineko said it best on Friday - I'm not going to die anymore.
