Airdate: December 2, 1995.

Harm and Meg are sent to Seatac Island Naval Base to investigate an attempted weapons theft. There is a brig break while Meg is interviewing the accused, and she is taken hostage. As Harm does everything in his power to rescue his partner, he must also contend with the CO of the base who has no use for lawyers. Then he discovers the real reason for the brig break, and it is up to the lawyers to save the day.
