Welcome to The Lady Gouldian Finch Aviary of Dallas!!!
My name is Tony and my hobby is breeding the Lady Gouldian Finches. We breed most mutations of these beautiful finches: normals, yellow back and blue back. Pastel and silver gouldians are sometimes available. All of our gouldians are parent raised, which I strongly feel will make them better parents. Raising happy healthy birds is our main goal.
We are located in Richardson, Texas, about 20 minutes from Dallas. I first started breeding the lady gouldian finches with my brother years ago. Once I started college I no longer had the time to take care of these beauties. Several years ago I started having the "gouldian fever"... again! After doing some research since I've been away for awhile, I went out and bought three pairs of normals. That's how it all started again. With patience and luck we're fortunate to be able to produce healthy babies. Of course there were frustrating moments along the way but it has help me understand more about the lady gouldian finches.
