Hhhhmmm....I wonder....
- Chapter: Bagman and Crouch this may be a clue regarding Mrs. Figg's identity. When the tents are described "[the tent] was furnished in exactly the same sort of style as Mrs. Figg's...."
- Chapter: Mayhem at the Ministry Percy says "Mundungus Fletcher is trying to claim for a 12 bedroomed tent with an ensuite jacuzzi, but I've got his number I know for a fact he was sleeping under a cloak propped on sticks.

Incidentally...
- at the Yule Ball Dumbledore mentions the room in which "Dumbledore's Army" hide from Umbridge (bk 5) as a room that appeared full of chamber pots
- Harry felt Moody watching him when he first entered the maze

Forewarned is forearmed...
- in the Riddle House Voldemort says that Wormtail gets to perform a task that many would 'give their right hand for'
- the Lovegoods (important in book 5) are mentioned by Amos Diggory when everyone is waiting for the port key
- the importance of Harry's eyes is hinted at by Moody when he's putting Harry through the imperius curse "look at his eyes" says Moody "that's where you see it"
- Voldemort says that "Dumbledore invoked an ancient magic, to ensure [Harry's] future as long as he is in his relation's care" (as long as Harry is welcome in a blood relative's home he will be safe)

Oopsy Daisy!
- When Frank Bryce is listening at the door, the first voice is Wormtail. Later on when they are discussing Bertha Jorkins Wormtail says "I-I thought [Bertha Jorkins] might me useful, my lord-" "'Liar' said the first voice." is the reply from Voldemort
- at the Burrow Harry meets Charlie Weasley, upon shaking Charlie's hand Harry thinks 'This had to be Charlie, who worked with dragons in Rumania....' it should be Romania
- 'Moody' entered the Great Hall (at the start of term feast) after the plates had been cleared away, but eats a sausage. Where did the sausage come from?
- when waiting for the Beauxbatons carriage "they scanned the darkening grounds excitedly but nothing was moving everything was still, silent and quite as usual." should be 'quiet as usual'
- in the maze, just before being attacked by the spider "Cedric looked around just in time to hurl himself past the the thing" (two 'the' is written twice)
- when Voldemort tries to put him under the imperius curse "and Harry felt for the 3rd time in his life, the sense that his mind had been wiped of all thought...." the number is higher than three because Moody put him under the Imperius curse "until he could throw it off completely"
- when Harry and Voldemort's wands connected and Voldemort's prior victims emerged Harry's dad came out before his mum. His mum was killed after his dad so she should have come out first
- when explaining what happened at the cemetary Harry described the figures who came out of Voldemort's wand. "[How] the shadow of Harry's father had told him what to do...." actually it was his mother who told him what to do.

File it under E for everything...
- When Frank Bryce approached the room in the old Riddle house there was no mention of Nagini having left a track in the dust. Maybe it was there but he didn't notice or who's to say she started off in the room to begin exploring
- at the start of term feast Nearly Headless Nick is wearing 'a particularly large ruff, which served the dual purpose of looking extra festive and ensuring that his head didn't wobble too much on his partially severed neck.' Can ghosts change their clothes?
- when Harry got his leg stuck in the stair after his bath and dropped the Marauder's Map why didn't he just use the summoning charm to get it?
- When was Mrs. Weasley at Hogwarts? Hagrid was expelled 50 years ago. Meaning that he became gamekeeper about 40ish years ago. Mrs. Weasley says that the gamekeeper when she was a girl was a man named Ogg. Meaning that she's about 60ish years old.
- the real Moody is described as thin and starved with chunks of hair missing. If the polyjuice potion maked Crouch turn into Moody wouldn't he have appeared as thin and starved with chunks of hair missing (he was making the potion throughout the year)
