About the band...
The story of Lane Change can pretty much be described in one word... "Fateful." Lane Change is made up of four guys from various parts of Eastern and Central Iowa who all met at the University of Northern Iowa in the fall of 2001. They became acquainted with each other quickly, and became good friends with the harebrained notion of trying to start a rock band with influences ranging from Reel Big Fish to Radiohead (although just about everyone else in the band might disagree) to The Red Hot Chili Peppers. What results is an eccletic and emotional range of styles from raging out to grinding with some chick you just met at the bar.
