I have to make this every year for my whole family. It is so scrumptious.

Ingredients:
1 box Betty Crocker fluff icing mix
1/2 c light corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c boiling water
1 (16 oz.) confectioner sugar
1 c chopped nuts

Directions:
DON"T try to double this recipe it gets too thick for a mixer. It is best to use a heavy duty mixer for this also.

~~Mix fluff icing, corn syrup, & vanilla to boiling water in large pot over double boiler. Beat on high speed until stiffened peaks form. Slowly add sugar and beat until stiff. Soft ball form when dropped in cold water. gradually add nuts. Spoon quickly onto wax paper with tsp. Let dry 2 hrs. then flip over and allow to dry completely about 4 more hours. Makes 3 dz. candies.
