Playtex Stromboli Swim Cap
These were the most water tight floral caps of the 60,s
as they had a chin strap and a ribbed sponge rubber seal
This one is from 1966.  The Original Cost was 3.50! Today Speedo is selling a similar swim cap called "Speedo Flower Cap" . It is the first floral swim cap sold in 30 years with a chin strap.
