Nearest Station: BRADFORD INTERCHANGE or  FORSTER SQUARE

If you are travelling by train to Valley Parade from Leeds (the best place to aim for from most of the country), I'd recommend taking a train to Bradford Forster Square station (every half hour normally). You'll see Valley Parade on your way into the station. Take the lift or the staircase up the tower and turn right, and just keep walking along that road. It is about 10 minutes walk.

If you are travelling from Manchester Victoria station, or stations like Preston, Burnley etc., or take a train from Leeds to Bradford Interchange (more often than to Forster Square but not as convenient to the ground) either take any bus going along Manningham Road from the adjoining bus station (services to Keighley, Shipley, Baildon, and numerous other destinations - a rough guide are services numbered 62x and 66x - about 20+
services) or a taxi from outside the station. If walking, walk out of the entrance and keep walking ahead, crossing the dual carriageway at the lights by the Stakis Hotel  and St George's Hall. Take one of the next roads to the right and you will either immediately or shortly end up in a pedestrianised road. Walk along to the far end of the pedestrianised zones and you should see some concrete buildings on the opposite side of the road. Follow this road to the right going uphill. You will pass Forster Square station on your
right hand side, and just keep following this road to reach Valley Parade.
