York City F.C. Bootham Crescent, York YO3 7AQ Tel (1904) 624447 By Car Take A627(M) to junction with M62. At roundabout take 3rd exit (sign posted Leeds). In 35 miles at junction 30 (A642) leave motorway and at roundabout take 1st exit (A642 York). In 1.2 miles (Oulton) take 1st exit off roundabout and at next one take 3rd exit (A642). Follow A642 for 7.4 miles to junction with A1. Over crossroad's and turn left to join A1(N). In 3 miles at junction with A64 branch left (sign posted York) then turn left onto A64. In 10 miles at junction with A1036(w) branch left to join A1036 and follow this road towards the city. You will pass York racecourse (called the Knavesmire) and continue towards the city until reaching Micklegate Bar, one of the city's ancient gateways through the city wall. Turn left following directions for the train station, then continue straight on until you pass through the city walls. Turn immediately left and cross the Ouse, heading towards the Minster. At the next set of traffic lights you will see the Minster straight ahead. Turn left here and continue past the Theatre Royal to the next set of traffic lights. Bootham Bar (another of the four gates to the city) will be on your right. Turn right into Bootham and continue for about a half mile. Turn right into Bootham Crescent road and continue until you reach the entrance to Bootham Crescent. Parking to the south of the ground is restricted. Most parking is to the west and north of the ground in the area of terrace housing.
