Take A627(M) to junction with M62. At roundabout take 3rd exit (sign posted Leeds). Follow M62 for 44 miles and at Junction 33 with A1. Leave motorway and at roundabout take 4th exit A1(s). Follow A1/A1(m) south for 108.6 miles to junction with A604, branch left (sign posted Cambridge). In 3.6 miles at junction with A14/A141 forward to join A14. In 13.5 miles take right hand lanes to join M11 (London). In 44 miles branch left to join M25 and follow signs for Dartford Tunnel. In 10.8 miles at junction 29 (A127) leave motorway and at roundabout take 1st exit A127 (sign posted Southend). Follow A127 for 20 miles to junction with B1015 take the third exit off roundabout into Victoria Avenue. Ground is ahead on right.
Car parking: at the ground for 500 cars (Season ticket holders only). Other drivers will have to park on the road. If you arrive in good time then you will probably be able to park along Prittlewell Chase to the North of the ground (look for a school with sizeable playing fields).

come out of the station, the railway pub is opposite, continue right, till the end of the road and the stadium is to the right.
From SOUTHEND VICTORIA via LONDON LIVERPOOL STREET
Come out of the Main Station entrance and turn right. Then cross the Pelican crossing that is in front of you. Once crossed, turn right again. Keep walking for about a mile. Once you have crossed over another set of lights, 100 yards on your left, is Roots Hall.
