By Car

Take A627(M) to junction with M62. At roundabout take 1st exit (sign posted Liverpool). At Junction 14 with M61 take left hand lanes (sign posted Preston). After 20 miles join M6 north. Follow M6/A74/A74M and M74 north for 200.2 miles to junction 5 of M74 leave motorway (signposted Coatbridge A725) and at roundabout take 3rd exit to join A725. In 3.2 miles at junction with A8 turn right to join A8 , signposted Edinburgh. In 3.8 miles forward to join M8. In 22.6 miles at junction 2 branch left for the Forth Road Bridge. In 0.8 miles at motorway terminal roundabout take 3rd exit to join M9 (signposted Stirling) In 1.3 miles at junction 1 branch left for Forth Road Bridge and in 1 miles at terminal roundabout take first exit to join A8000. In 1.4 miles at junction with B907 take second exit off roundabout and in 0.3 miles at junction with A90/A904 take 3rd exit off roundabout. Pass over Forth Road Bridge (toll for cars is 40p) and in 3.4 miles at junction with A921/A985/M90 forward to join M90. In 0.5 miles at junction 2 branch left for Dunfermline and join A823(M). IN 1 mile at terminal roundabout take second exit to join A823. In 0.2 miles at roundabout take 2nd exit and in 0.7 miles at roundabout take second exit for Town Centre. When in the town centre follow the signs for Kirkcaldy A907 and East End Park is 0.8 miles ahead on left.
