Take A627(M) to junction with M62. At roundabout take 1st exit (sign posted Liverpool). At Junction 14 with M61 take left hand lanes (sign posted Preston). After 20 miles join M6 north. Follow M6/A74/A74M and M74 north for 202.9 miles to junction 4 of M74 and branch left to join M73 (signposted Stirling). In 6.9 miles M73 ends go forward to join A80. In 2.4 miles at junction with A73/B8048 at roundabout take 2nd exit. In 4.6 miles at junction with A803/M80 forward to join M80. In 6.3 miles at junction 9 go forward and in 1.0 miles join M9. Motorway terminates in 6.8 miles and at roundabout take second exit to join A9 (signposted Perth). In 26.4 miles at junction with A93/M90 take third exit off roundabout, signposted Edinburgh & Dundee, to join M90. In 2.6 miles at junction 10 branch left (signposted Dundee). In 1.5 miles at junction 11 leave Motorway and join A90. In 143.3 miles at the Bridge of Dee roundabout at the junction with B9077 take 3rd exit off roundabout to join B9077 (signposted City Center).
