| How to describe "Millennium"? Well, this show never really fit into a genre. One of the best ways to quickly sum it up would be to says that it has to do with one man's struggle to keep his sanity -- and his family -- while being pulled about in the center of the eternal struggle between light and darkness. This show aired for three seasons on the FOX network. It remains the highest-rated premiere ever on the network, but the ratings dropped off in the last season, so the station canned it. Unfortunately, it is no longer being aired in the U.S., and at this moment, a DVD release is highly rumored and anticipated, but no concrete plans are set.
