Indonesia's Vice President, Hamzah
Haz, has defended his meeting with a Muslim cleric who has been
linked by Singapore to regional terrorism, saying they talked
about Islam's peaceful message.
The Vice President, who was speaking about his meeting with Abu
Bakar Ba'asyir, also declared that there was no such thing as an
international terrorist network in the country.
The Indonesian Vice President met him during a visit to a Muslim
boarding school founded by the cleric near Solo in Central Java.
