Winter 2000 Rally

The Winter Rally of 2000, "Carpe Bella Diem(Seize the Beautiful Day)", was held in Maryland at the Dorchester YMCA. It was held January 26-28, 2001. Leaders from Maryland held the rally. The advisor in charge of the rally was Penni Bostleman. Thanks to Penni and the Maryland leaders for another great rally!
