The Winter Rally of 2001, "What Lies Within", was held in Maryland at the Dorchester Y. It was held January 25-27, 2002. The Maryland Planning Committee held the rally. The advisor in charge was Penni Bostleman. Thanks to Penni and the Maryland Planning Committee for an smooth rally!
