Photo will be posted soon. This is an end unit condo with three bedrooms and full bath upstairs, living-dining room off the entrance foyer and an eat-in kitchen. Two full closets, one at the back door leading to the private fenced-in yard and one off of the front foyer-entrance door. There is a half bath on main floor as well.
This is our privately held condominium garden home in Aylmer, Qu�bec. We are located close to the marina on the Ottawa river and a short walk from historic downtown Aylmer. Tennis courts, a baseball diamond, parks and well equipped childrens' play areas including a pool surround this location.
