| This is chair on the top left is the original chair. As you can see the previous chair cover pattern is was a little tacky and out-dated. I gave the chairs a face lift. with some new fabric covers and some paint. The chair on the right is the second chair I covered. It has a solid cranberry color on top and a rusty, dark apple red gingham on the bottom and pillow. (The fabric is heavy duty) This chair is chair number one. It has the same red gingham on the bottom and a golden yellow plaid with a hint of the red and green on the top and the pillow. |
| This coffee table was created using several found objects around my house. The table top was created out of a wooden board, once used for who knows what, 3 pieces of perfectly square foam (fit the board perfectly), a towel for extra support, some fabric, and some clear plastic vinyl. The foam was glued to the board and the towel was wrapped around and tacked to the base of the board. Then, the fabric was added next, it was tacked to the base and sewed to the towel at the ends. Finally the vinyl was tacked around the board, this insured the fabric wouldn't get stained, since it was for outdoor use. The base was made from cube shelving units from Sam's Club. And there you have it an outdoor coffee table. |
| This table was found at one of my father's rental properties and was painted white. then the pieces of wallpaper border were added. The cups were made from two teapots cut in half. |
| These pillows can from an old sofa we inherited from a friend. The sofa is in descent condition but the pillow cases even after they were cleaned were not in as good of shape, so they were recovered. Pillow one was covered in plaid (back) and fuzzy green (front). Pillow two was covered in silver lining fabric. They both compliment the sofa. |
| These ducks were also collected from one of my father's rental properties. There are about 12 of them and they all match, being white and most have blue scarves. They are so cute and best of all they were free, like a lot of things we have. |
