Cigarettes & Alcohol was Oasis' first
top ten hit. It reached No.7 in the UK singles chart after its release
on the 10th October 1994. Oasis were in America, touring at
the time of the singles release. When Noel found out that Cigarettes &
Alcohol had reached inside the top ten, he partied so much that he went
to hospital complaining of chest pains.

song 'I Am The Walrus' although never recorded in the studio it is played
