the No.1 spot again in England. Noel got the idea for this track from a
song he had heard Paul Weller recording, 'Wings Of Speed'. Noel wanted
to get the same feel in Don't look Back In Anger. Noel nicked some words
out of a John Lennon bootleg that he has, the words "I'm gonna start a
revolution from my bed" The track is not written about anyone, which is
what people think because it mentioned Sally. The begging piano piece is
taken from the famous John Lennon track, Imagine.
