Live Forever Discography

Live forever was yet again a greater success than its predecessor. It was released on the 8th August 1994 and reached No.10 in the UK singles chart, only 1 position higher than 'Shakermaker'. Despite what others say, Live Forever, according to Noel, was written about his mum. It is one of the Oasis hits that was written in the 'Hit Hut' This was the hut in which Noel used to work when he worked on a building site because he had injured his foot.

The cover of the single is a photograph of the house in which John Lennon grew up in. The video to the single shows the whole group burying theirdrummer Tony McCarroll who then rises from the dead, Living Forever. In fact, Tony McCarroll didn't 'Live Forever' as he was sacked from the band not so long afterwards. Live Forever is one of Oasis' greatest tracks.
