This recipe is good for diabetics. It came from "The Art of cooking for the diabetic".

Cheddar Cheese Dip

2 oz sharp cheddar cheese, grated (about 1/2 c)
1 c (8 oz) plain low fat yogurt
1 T minced fresh parsley
1/2 t salt

Combine all ingredients; chill in a covered container at least 2 hours before serving

Yeild: 10 (1 1/4 Cups)
